hello..i have the pure sativa about 6' tall and..it's getting taller than the fence at my house..there is one 4' flourscent is on all night all the time from 100 feet away.. the light is direct on my plant the top part.. is the plant ok for keep it flowering..it's been 14 days into flowering and all the pistills are all over the new growth already.. does the light from the florescent can make my plant to go back to veg..? pls answer for me..thanks

That light is definitely not a factor at 100ft. away.

If you can see ypur plant at night dominate from that light then your plants will.see it too resulting in your plant to photosythesis cause it to veg.
