Help me build first led grow from zero

Hey guys, I plan to build a grow (no size specified yet, the maximum I can) and use 4 vero 29 gen 7 C 3000k 80 cri, can anyone help me with choosing what driver to use. Im lost to why people dont use higher w and ma, that in my starter eyes looks like would be more efficient. Like, wouldnt the most efficient way to run them be 254.6w in each like the maximum in the table ?
I'm in Brazil so Im trying to use the less amount of stuff because I will need to bring from usa.

you should go to the led section where there is a lot more detailed information. find a constant current driver that matches the voltage of the cobs. you need to add the voltage of the cobs to match the driver's voltage range. you don't want to run the leds too high because they loose efficiency, get hotter, and may not last as long if run with too much wattage. if you are trying to use a few cobs as possible, look into citizen clu58-1825. those can be run higher.
