Help me clone!

I understand the concept and all but I just really need a cloning for idiots explaination on exactly what to do and exactly what I need etc....I plan on starting up two strains after my first grow is finished...I am gonna run reserva privadas OG #18 and female seeds c99 under a 400w hps...I want a small room for cloning as well.So I will have my veg/flower room and then next to it a small cloning room. also I don't know how I plan to make this cycle work so advice on that is well appreciated too. I need to know when I can take clones and just about everything I need to kjnow. What kind of lights I should use and what kind of home for the clones(humidity dome or easy clone or some shit) ANYTHING HELPS!

I use an old 3 draw wooden cabinet ,draws removed ,inside covered in panda film with about 30w of cfl up top and 2 heat mats on the bottom, put an air hole at the back down the bottom and a piece of loose fitted cardboard hanging off two nails for the door at the front. When its cold , i put a plant dome over the clones with no spraying, the rh gets high enough without spraying. This raises the temp to about 26cel (perfect). No domes in summer.
Also i use jiffy pots for cloning at about 95% s/r
