Help me decide please =D

Hello everybody.

I have a thread over in the harvest section discussing a dilemma I am having on deciding whether I should be looking for the axe for my baby girls, or to let them go a little longer.

The original thread is: https://www.rollitup.org/t/first-indoor-soil-harvest-need-opinions.850147/

Not trying to spam the forums or cross-post, but I am thinking about taking them down tonight or tomorrow... so timing may be crucial :bigjoint:

My main issue is that they are not yellowing off, even after flushing them for over a week. You can see the pictures I have of them posted over there and read the whole situation, and I promise I will be more grateful than you could ever imagine!

I am having a great time reading all the awesome info on the forums and browsing everyones grow journals. It's starting to take me back to the old days on OG, hehe. I also can't wait to get in on one of your micro-grow competitions...
:fire:

Thanks everyone! And thanks RIU for the awesome site!

from what ive seen with this strain id say go to the 70 -80 day mark, aparently the effect is much better then, for the true indica hit id let them amber up a bit more, you proberly could get em done now but from everything ive seen let em go and keep an eye on the ambers, to at least 50% (its personal prefrence though) as far as yellowing the leaves go, there are people who dont agree that you should get yellow leaves in soil!! theres good theroys for both sides, i think alot depends if your planning to cure for a bit,

Thank you for the reply :)

I think right now they are at day 63, so I may take your advice and let them go a little while longer and keep a really close eye on the trichs. I'm at about 15-20% right now, so that should only take a day or two, and my soil still has some moisture left to it so I won't have to re-water them so that's a plus. I may just take them until the soil dries up a bit and the leaves start to wilt and chop 'em down. I really don't like watering my plants right before I harvest them if I can help it.

As for the leaves, I really don't know. I'm used to growing outdoors in a fertile part of Tennessee and I still got some yellowing with this strain when I grew it. I am having a hard time believing that my soil I made is good enough that it can sustain an end-flowering plant for 2 weeks, but who knows. Maybe the green leaves are just a sign that I hit the mark on the soil composition, lol
