Help me diagnose these leaves please!

Hello rollitup! I know people get tired of presenting the same info that has been provided many times I'm sure.

However, I've been looking over deficiency guides and lots of things mingle together and can easily be mistaken for one another by beginner growers...such as myself!

From what I have read I think I either have nitrogen deficiency, potassium deficiency, magnesium deficiency or too much magnesium causing calcium problem?

Yesterday, (one day after transplanting), I increased ppfd to 350 from 300 to begin adjusting them to higher intensity.
Today is the first day i noticed some tips yellowing and leaves curling up slightly at edges, maybe from the light increase? I turned it back down this morning when I saw this.

For a few days though I've been concerned about some leaves appearing darker at the vein but yellowing in between. Also apparent on one or two leaves is a light yellow circle..ish pattern near the leaf edge.

Plants are 27 days old, growing in coastofmaine stonington blend. I have not added any nutrients to the water except for CalMag which I add to distilled water until the EC is up to 0.4, usually a few mL per gallon, this also brings the pH of the water down to 6.0 (maybe too low for soil?). They have gotten that since they were babies.

They are growing under a marshydro ts3000 led light (maybe burning my plants?) currently at approx 30" above canopy, ppfd reading is approx 300 at canopy, since I turned it back down this morning. They were transplanted two days ago into 5 gallon fabric pots.

I hope the info and these pics are helpful, I'll try to get better pics with lights out and a flash or something soon.
***EDIT*** Changed photos out from pictures with LED lights on to without ***EDIT***

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated!

your photos are a little washed out, but it just looks like you aren't feeding them enough to me. i'd up the strength of their food by at least 25%, see what they look like after a week of that.
they may be a little sensitive to the light, if you can bump it up slowly over a couple of days, or raise it a little higher and slowly let it down over a few days so they can get used to it. 6.0 is a little low for soil, 6.5 would be better, but that shouldn't be causing huge issues.
i'd say your soil is just getting depleted at this point, and you need to start feeding them supplementally.

Thank you for the advice! I just took some new photos with the lights off, a bit easier to see now.
