Help me ID this Pest

This is the first time Iv seen anything like these, any ideas?
For now they don't seem to be doing much but as my plants are starting to pre flower, I am starting to worry...

Help would be really appreciated if you have encountered these buggers before.

No, but I think it is called a shield/stink bug. There are some in Australia that look very much like the one in the picture. It appears to be in the immature nymph phase.
