Help me pick my next seeds

I'll be using 3x 7.5 gal tubs.

i have a bad pain condition in my bladder and balls: spasms, pain round the click, inflammation. Really affects my gastro too; bad indigestion, etc.

i wanted to do a autoflower feminized seed grow too. High THC, Hight CBD and good yield.

Here are the three im looking at, it would be nice to have some pretty colorful buds!

I have a really bad pain condition -- I smoke 2 oz a month roughly. I'm doing an auto grow to get enough bud to do a nice cheese scrog.

I have a bad bladder pain condition that makes my balls, pelvic area and lower back hurt really bad.

I'm curious what strain would be the best for this. All the shops top shelf would cost me a mortgage each month to smoke.
