Hiya Friends its been awhile
HELP:roll:
:roll:Im in a new area. The temps are getting in the 90s and my clones are not rooting (started losing as soon as I moved here a couple of months ago and losing more as the temps rise) I am ASSUMING this is my new problem as this is the only thing different.
My old tried and true method-:hump:
(SFOG)
Rooter plugs (RR type)
Insert tray
Bottom tray
Dome
Heat mat
Hydrofarm thermostat set at 78
98% success

My room temps use to be average Cali weather and never got above 80 outside. NOW Im in a hotter environment with summer temps in 90s. I bought an air conditioner and this helped with an average room temp of 71-75 EXCEPT for midday when temps get to 80+ no matter what i set the A/C at (I have it set to 65 right now and continually runs). I reset my lights to have them on at night. I installed another outtake vent and cut two new intakes underneath my shelves. I reset my mats to 80 instead of 78 ONLY because I felt like they needed some sort of difference between the room temp and the rooting area temp. I used to start opening vents slightly after 3 days progressing to 1/2 open in 8 days with success. NOW I cant keep the humidity up inside the dome unless I keep it closed (which makes for harder "hardening off")
PS my Hydrofarm temp probe sits inside the plug. I am now having problems with my mats not "kicking on" until the temp goes down to like 73-74???
HELLLLLLPPPPPP PLEEEEEASE

UGHHHHH i have never had non rooting clones~!!!! HELP PLEASE LOTS OF BABIES ARE COUNTING ON ME!!!

Yah OK so I figured it out with a little help from another forum. Little disappointed that NO ONE had suggestions. So I guess Ill share what worked and maybe help someone else with the same problem.
I added an outtake to each individual shelf that all ran to my main outtake fan.
Now I have consistant temps and lots of happy rooted babies.
Thanks

Yes, peeps in Cali have no idea, how nice of a grow environment they have [until they leave, and try to grow somewhere else...]
... Mild, no radical winters, none [not many 100+ days].. no RH flux....

Easy...
I am battling heat stress right now....

Glad you found out your issue...
