Where did you get the seeds from? Were they from "bagseed?"

It appears that the plant with the seeds is what is commonly called a "hermaphrodite." It grew male parts (stamen) and those parts fertilized the pistils, which then formed calyxes that contain the seeds.

It's always best to check for male parts when in flowering, especially with bagseed and "feminized" seeds. You'll notice small pods that look like grapes, or they will look like small bananas; yellow, long and small.

You ALWAYS want to remove any plant that has turned hermie, to avoid pollenating your other plants, and creating more seeds.

Ive had plants produce seeds with no visible pollen. Mainly Bog strains. They produced male flowers inside the buds around 4th week of flower based on how dark seeds would be at harvest. I had this with at least 3 of his strains all with his bogglegum in them. Whats the genetics of plant with seeds?

Since your other plant has seeds on it you probably have a hermi pod on the bottom of plant somewhere that opened. Look under the plants like you were laying under them. Hermi usually on smallest branches, alot of times its the preflowers at the bottom.

Find the pollen source. Once found that will explain what happened and what to do next. This happens sometimes with growing new seeds. Live and learn man!
