Help me save my BUD!!

Week 3 of flowering and I'm running into problems. It's my first grow and I don't have a clue whats going wrong with my plants and I've been having problems sense early on. Both of my flowering females have fan leaves that have yellow spots all over them and are partially see through. Some of the leaves are just plain green but are beginning to fall apart at the leaves tips. I don't have spidermites or any insects, and I have a food grade pesticide I bought from my local hydro shop. Please help me save my flowering bud!

Details man! Nutes, ppm, ph, lights, system ( hydro type or soil ), humidity, temps, anything that could help us help you :):):)

They started out in perlite mix, and about 3 weeks ago I put them in larger pots and filled in the space with Coco grow which is a Coco Coir mix. Using Jungle Juice Advanced Nutrients Grow, Micro, and bloom. I'm using a filtered water supply thats filtered through a 5 stage system because of the amount of flouride and chlorine in the city water. I use typically 50-100 PPM when it comes to nutrients, Feed - Water - Feed. Humidity is around 40% being it's in a basement that's 65 degree's, the grow area itself is 74 right now. 600 Watt HPS 1 foot above the plants can't go and higher because that would involve cutting a hole in the ceiling. Also not misting my plants, as I've been told it's a bad idea during flowering by the guys at the hydro shop who have large live MJ plants inside..

50 - 100 ppm for 3 weeks into flower? She needs more food bro. I typically use 75 - 150ppm for early veg and 200 - 400 ppm in late veg. 650 - 700 for flower, not including any additives.

Is that 600 in a cool tube? I only ask because pic #2 looks like the begining of heat stress with the canoe shaped fan leaves. Also, you can ramp up the nutes a little.

They were getting nutrient burned for some reason so I had to cut it WAYYYY back. Their fucking picky bitches and this is what they like to tolerate I guess? Sense they started vegging I've had to keep the PPM extremely low and the PH fairly close to 7 the strain is Cinderella 99 I just don't know what to do with the damn things and the light it's on a basic cheap aluminum wing reflector.
