Help Me Witha Light Set Up

ok i hav about a 4 foot by 3 foot space. im lookin to grow maybe 4 plants for my first grow. please tell me wat types of ligths and how many i should buy. help is greatly appreciated

A 3-dimensional description would help. 3 foot high, 4 ft high, paint the picture man. I cant see it. Seems small So I would not recommend anything more powerful than fluero's. Get as many as you need with those, just get some airflow. Thats what I visualize.

1 400 watt switchable mh/hps ballast would be fine.I just bought 2 brand new digital 600 watt switcahable mh/hps ballast for $115 a piece with 3 year warranty
