No. Do not go to blurple after HPS. It will ruin your idea of LEDs. You do need to spend better money to get better buds but they last 20x lo ger than HPS so you decide. Blurple LED will not give you fat dense buds, you need quantum boards and even then its best to have 2 sets for the stages of growth. 1 set at a high temp like 6000k for veg and growth and then another set for budding at a warmer temp like 3000k with a bit of red in there too. I've just thrown my 1000w blurple in the trash, they're garbage.
If that plant is floppyid say you didn't Bury the stem deep enough, it was already stretched and you could benefit from burying it 'neck deep' in the first pot.. Which should be a small pot. Send a new pic.

Agreed spend the extra money. Check out spider farmer sf1000 for 1 or 2 small plants or spider farmer sf2000 for more. I went with the sf1000 myself because I only do a 2x2 with 1 or 2 plant and I have other supplemental lighting , it's worth the money. Building the board by yourself will only save you a few bucks unless you go bigger
