Help my 2nd grow Succeed!!

This is going to be my second time attempting to grow outside... lets just say the first time didn't work out so well in many ways. I have like 100 kb seeds and i was going to start them in dixi cups in early may. I wanna know how much i need to water them when they are seedling.. and then how much when they get bigger. Also how can i make sure this will turn out with a plentiful harvest? Is there any nutirents i should buy or special soil? Please just give me any tips that i can have to start my grow and make it be a good one!
