Help! My seedlings look unwell!

Hi all,
I have a few seedlings that look pretty unwell...they are day 13 from seed, under a 2x 55w T5 (previously about 3" from the top, I have raised the light to 8") Temps are about 77c, 45% humidity.

Some of them have black tips.

I'm pretty sure they were okay up until transplant a few days ago, as they were outgrowing their root riots. Could this be transplant stress?

Before that, I was feeding them a weak solution of Biobizz Root Juice and Nitrozyme. They seemed to be fine with this for about a week while they were in the root riot cubes. Since the transplant I have only been using tap water that has been sitting in a dark cupboard for a couple of days.

Plants were moved into Biobizz all-mix soil. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Aye up mate, do yo mean 77Celsius = 170.6Fahrenheit?? Bio Bizz All-Mix supposed to be Ok? IDK I've been recycling My Organic Soil Mix for over a year and never got round to getting some All-Mix, Though I do use Bio Bizz Grow/Bloom/Alg-A-Mic/Heaven/TopMax...
The one thing I was just thinking is did You pre-wet(activate the soil) By this I mean I think(Bear with Me, a bit Baked!!) nearly all Compost Soil Mixes have add Nutes, and from what I read, some Peeps tend to water the Soil mix in a pot/tub and let stand...You see as soon as water is added to the *New Soil/Compost the FERTS added are released, So IF You didn't do that...then maybe that's given your little ladies one helluva NUTE BOOST...

Hope You manage to sort.

Peace

Sorry I meant 77F, so 25 degrees Celsius.

So basically they are suffering nute burn? I am just using water at the moment - yes the soil was moist (used a light sprayer) before the transplant. I will continue to flush it through with just water and see how it goes. Thanks for the replies.
