Help Needed - Brown spots

Ive gone through the "diagnose you plant thread" and nothing theres seems to be what my plant has, please could someone share some advice to whats going on here, I didn't feed the plant ( 14days old now ) but once this started i gave it a half measure nutrients to see if it clears up, but I'm scared it doesn't come right and i did the wrong thing? the brown spots have spread a little since the feed

What is the plant's growing medium? It seems it may be calcium deficient, but it's hard to say for sure.
