help needed on auto white moscow? help please

hi im new to growing and my question is this once my seeds cracked i placed them in 7.5 litre pots waited for them to sprout. once they did just 1/2 an inch above the soil i placed them in grow tent under 600watt dual spectrum lamp with a constant flow of air and gave them a spray of water. can any 1 tell me if im doin harm to these seedlings as iv already started them on 18/6 light cycle today and really dont wanna kill dem

please if some one can advise me soon before i might kill dem wud be greatly appreciated???????
