Give it water for while. You're doing to much, let it grow on its own, you're hovering over that bitch and Making her nervous. . Probably over watering too, you're fucking up.
just gonna leave and not water at all for 3 days ..you are right I do hover over them ..constantly watching temp don't get over 80f. iv learnt that my 400watt hps is to much in a 3ftx3ftx5ft. I was going to swop the light and put in some 11w tubes and a natural sun light brite box

new growth looks good
most of us dont smoke non functioning leaves, we remove them and carry on.
those silly leaves on the bottom mean nothing. I see so many growers rush to additives when they see a natural
aging and death of them, only to cause more issues, real ones in the new growth that matters..
nothing you do can ever make those original bottom leaves function properly. old leaves are old leaves

I never heard of "Mil" nutrients. what brand are using?

Also, feeding every day for plants that size seems like overkill to me. Are you letting the medium get a bit dry before watering? A few leaves is nothing to be concerned with, the newer growth looks ok. Just do t feed too much or too often. Feed til you get runoff and don't feed again until dry. You may be doing it right depending on your mix, just remember that over feeding and over watering are bad.

I must admit last few days they have had more feed than normal . normally I leave 3 days . I'm going to leave them now till readings are showing nearly dry on all of them . newbie problems ey bet you advanced growers get fed up with stupid questions . but thank you

A few things:

The screengrab you posted earlier in the thread shows a name. May not be yours but best to crop it off!

Coco grow - the stuff from Poundland? You are only on half strength if using the poundland nutes, just for everyone else's information. I used that range on my last plant, and also on a current shortstuff sharkbite auto that isn't behaving like an auto (which after 8.5 weeks i am now trying at 12/12 to get to start to flower). Both plants were healthy with no deficiencies at full strength nutes. I would use them again.

"Readings are showing nearly dry". Don't rely on moisture meters. Use your finger or better still learn to lift your pot to tell if wet or dry.

Finally, as mentioned above, water until runoff then wait 3-4 days until dry before watering again. I was using about 1-2 litre per plant as a guide, 100-200ml isn't anywhere near enough to water properly in a reasonably sized pot, which if you have flipped you should be in.

I only gave small amount this time as I did feed a few days ago until a run off on each plant . I only gave the small amount as I added feed to this water but not the last. so didn't want to over kill . but I think I did with to much watering close together. reason being one had cupping leaves I thought was magnesium problem .. lesson learnt. .... nutes are from pound land . my plants are 4weeks 3 days . and I ain't flipped them as yet as I wanted them to be heal before I do . many thanks
