So first time grower I notice these little dots on my girls today. I can almost not wipe them off but gently get them to fall off with my finger nail. I tried to do my research first but here I am. I checked under neath and don’t see any signs of mites (maybe some dirt from them sprouting but I don’t believe mites) plus I figured my leaves would start to get hole like areas. Any ideas?
Help not sure what these are.

They look fine buddy. Its good you keep a watchful eye on them.
Could be small pieces of perlite.
Definitely not mites, except for spider mites you can barely see them with naked eye. They be done, dying, already if mites now.
Thrips are always a possibility??
How clean is your watering container or hose. Could be sediment. My well water has lots of dissolved solids and common for salt to form on hose end or in my jug from evaporation.

I bought a new spray bottle cleaned it and filled it with osmosis water. Let it get to tent temp before I measure out 1/2 cup of it for watering each one.
they’re still in the first week so don’t want to spray the leaves but I can literally take my fingernail and almost not flick them off but kind of rub them off the edge.

First , NEVER go by color shift of plant under blurple . It highlights shit that isn’t a problem.
Second , Stop the single color channel light , run BOTH switches on .... all the way through til harvest.
Ah ok I’ll turn them both on. my light manufacturer recommended only using veg for the first week since they’re babies that’s why I only had blues on.

Common mistake with those “ switched “ panels .... you want as much light as those blurple can squeeze out. Seedlings can grow just fine under a broader light spectrum. They tell you to use single channels to lengthen the life of their cheaper diodes.
Makes sense. It’s a 3000w b e s t f a I’m not sure if I can say the brand so I spelled it wrong. I see some posts say light brand not sponsored so they don’t say what it is.
