HELP On a few things before i get going

hi all, before i start would like to say thanks for all the help iv recieved before iv even had to post! im workin with a friend on a loft/attic grow, we have built the room but would just like people opinions on a few areas.

I have done a diagram to roughly explain how weve worked it

Room A is a Flower room B is the veg
Room A is also about 2m tall and B is 1.3m

My 1st question is about lighting my lighting is 2x 600w better over my wilma 9 (green area)than just 1 x 1000w and will 400w be enough to veg in a wilma 10(yellow area)?

2, im going to use a 150mm ventelation system ( because i intened to use air cooled hoods) both my fans must also be in the room to keep noise to a minimum. would my vetelation be adequate from the diagram? obviously when i install i would do so minimising bends etc, this is just for illustration purposes, my biggest concern is the extraction? at the minute i imagine it pulling air through the filter then both lights then out, to ventilate the veg i put a 6" vent through to the flower room but this vent is connected directly to the 400w in the veg room (thus cooling that light too ??? would this work? if not what ideas do peaple have, i am also doing an intake fan beacuse i dont want air from my attic(fibre glass etc) sucking in though passive intakes like in tents etc

3.Another thing really bugging me is how would i be able to keep both rooms at the correct temp/humidity i will have a controller and stat in room A which will adjust fans accordingly to maintain temp but what about room B, what do others do in a split room without the need for a seperearte vent system

Any help with these would be great , once im happy with the final plan im ready to roll so really eager to put my mind at ease and start( just dont want to be starting and having to work on it mid cycle beacuse i didnt put enough thought into it at the begginging

Cheers:mrgreen:

2 600s are better and less heat than a 1000w...secondly 400w are fine for veg..i personally use multiple HO t-5 flourecents lights..and for the rooms..are there a/c or good ventilation in the grow rooms?

If your trying to control climate in 2 diff rroms, you need to look into getting AC/Heat, and look into negative pressure.... This allows one room to remain at 75 degrees while the other is at 85...

the rooms are practically air tight(in a loft) and i intended to have an intake and extract fan (for air exchange circulation and temp/humity control) is this not possible? i havent even thought about ac but would rather not go down that road to keep costs down , is there any other ideas or ways of doing it? all i have is the bare shell at the min so i am yet to install the ventelation, i wanna get it right first time so all runs as smooth as possible?

From my diagram i have shown the extract in room A Through a carbon filter through both 600 lights and then out. would the passive vent from room A to B with a duct connecting from the vent to the 400w be adequate for extraction in room B?

If i could keep temps below whats required in both rooms(with vetalation fans) would i be able to have a heaters in each room with thermostatic control to solve this, i havent got lights or anything yet so i cant even test the setup while its runnin for temps etc grrrrr, is A/C looking like my only option? cheers for help guys
