Help on diagnosis please...pics included

kind of behind for 3 weeks. given the soil too, I would say nutes in soil just to much for the plant. escpecially being transplanted to this soil. not much u can do, as flushing will make worse. everytime u water, she gets more nute blasted and ceases growth.

But the only problem with that diagnosis is that the soil nutrient test said it was low on nitrogen, postash, etc. So I don't get how it could be nute burn? I am very confused.

It's only those two main leafs that are showing the damage. Will FF soil do the trick? Is it too late to transplant into a better soil?
