Help on supercropping?

So I understand on how to supercrop but I just dont see on how it helps the plant and how the plant doesnt just continue growing the way it was after stress. So I guess I dont exactly understand supercropping but its suppose to make a bud like canopy right?

i did it accidentally and it worked like a charm. the plant seems to "bleed" and heal itself while reaching for the light. i had a plant fall over and each brach that broke grew a smaller sized cola

Gently bend until you feel a little pop and the branch will be broken at a 90 degree angle and heal itself yu can keep doing it with the same branch and grow the plant sideways.

the highest growth point on the plant get growth hormones making it the main growth point. when you supercrop it is re-diverted to the growth points that are now all about even with each other and each one becomes a new main growth point.

Wen supercroppin it comes under hst (high stress training) so wen u bend your main colas it transfers hormones hence giving some of the shorter branches time to try and catch up with the used to be main colas it can be performed many times on same branch over a period of time if u find it grows back to quick to wear it was before then supercrop it again but tie it this time round but for only a short period of time which will give shorter branches more time to catch up you ll find it will give it a bigger knuckle wen tied down as it has been starved of the hormones it used to av not to worr rho as this will help durin heavy fruitin times and you ll hardly av to tie your ladies up if done correctly !!
