Help picking out CFL's

Im trying to decide what lights i should go with, i was thinking of going with 4 x 55 watt CFL's and plugging them into a power strip. It should run about $25-$30 total, this should be adequate for my space as theres no way a Hps is going to fit (Single plant cabinet grow). Anybody have some links to cheap/decent wattage CFL's, im thinking of buying two 85 watt bulbs off Amazon only $14 each.

Links are much appreciated!

I use the 23W CFL's from the grocery store, at a 3:1 ratio of 6500K to 3000K for veg, flower would be the other way around.

Mountings are cheap vanity mirror fixtures, and the reflector is a flattened piece of 8in vent pipe.

My rule of thumb is: At least 100(real)W CFL for one plant, and at least an additional 50W for every extra plant.
