Help Please ! 1 Week or so Seedlings Bottom leaves crunchy pics not sure whats up

Hey Guys,

I just finished a very successful grow with some photoperiods and have started 2 new auto flowers. They germed fine , got them planted sprouted good but I noticed the first set of leaves (not the cotyldons but the first ones after it, not true leaves) started to brown and and get crispy. I thought not too much of it as all new growth was looking good but today I came home from work and they are not good!! They are getting black/brown spots now the newest growth and I fear will also get crispy and die off.

2X Dinafem Amnesia XXL

1000 watt mh - 3 feet up, seedlings have been fine no problem till now, I don't think they are getting burned
Temp - 70-82 usually around 78ish
RH - 40 - lowish I know
Watering - watering when the solos feel like air, was like a day and a half ago ,but still heavy and looks moist at this point. Watering with Spring Water bottles right now with 300 PPM .
Soil - pro mix hp

Roots are starting to poke out of the bottom I have 3 large holes burned into the bottoms, they drain right out when I water them NP.

I'm not sure whats up, I don't think I'm overwatering as I am not watering till they are light, maybe underwatering ? It seems like these are drying out super slow, like 4 days between waterings but I have a cup full of soil that I am using that is perfectly dry that I compare the weight of the solos I have now too. Could this be PH ? I know spring water usually comes out around here at 7 but last grow I didn't bother and it was fine( I Ph'd after they were out of the seedling stage )

Please help bros

Thanks for your reply man - is your assessment the same if I said I raised by about 4 inches and the plants grew what I would expect to be a little bit to match the increase height of the light ? I did that last night as I thought lets try it a little bit, and they stretched out to meet the increased light distance. I 'm just worried they will get really stretchy. Let me know man and I will def give it a go .
