Hey guys,
This is our first grow, we're growing an OG Kush autoflower and its on day 39 so far above soil.
For lights we have a 700 watt (around 400 actual) Mars Hydro LED with 5 watt diodes.
Growing in Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil so I didn't start to use nutrients until we saw the first signs of flower, which was around day 18. For nutrients, we've been using Technaflora recipe for success, bloom recipe. I began feeding every other watering with about 1/4 the recommended dose.
About a week or two ago we began noticing yellow leaves at the bottom and some clawing at the top, a couple of the very low leaves even dried up and were easily pulled off so I thought perhaps it could be a salt buildup in the soil since I never did a flush at the beginning of flower (I water to about 20% runoff every time though). I also added a tablespoon of black strap organic molasses to the last gallon of water that I flushed her with.
Since the flush I've still noticed lots of yellowing and lightening of the leaves and have watered her one more time, yesterday morning with a 1/2 dose of bloom recipe because of all the yellowing. From research I figured it's a nitrogen deficiency so I wanted to give her a good feed. I also added a 1/2 tbsp of molasses to the feed.
In the pictures you'll see that the flower spots are the most healthy looking while everything else looks kind of decrepit.
It would really suck to have come this far with her and for her to die this late. She was a super healthy plant before she went into flower, grew like crazy and still the flower points look very good to me. It seemed like I was going to get a good yield of some potent stuff. Hopefully these issues can be fixed so she can keep growing.
Thanks for all the help in advance!
