help please, deficiency?

so i've recently transplanted 4 clones, one has been in soil for 3 weeks, 2 have been in for 2, and one has been in for just over a week. i've been noticing a lot of yellowing/disfigurement from the leaves and i think it might have to do with the fact that my box of eb stone nutes got rained on, so what should i use to remedy the situation? as well as feed throughout veg
from left to right, girl scout cookies, transplanted 2 weeks ago, hazy og 1 week ago, nl/haze 3 weeks ago, arctic sun 2 weeks ago. any help would be appreciated, and to be honest most of them actually look a little better than they did a few days ago.

tell you what about it? lighting and medium and stuff? they're all under 4 26 watt cfls right now, 5000k, in a 3:1 Eb stones greenall soil and perlite mix.

if i had to geuss, id say Nitrogen deficiency/Abundance. Whats your feeding liking.

yea i just added some 7-3-3 nutes, i normally feed every other watering.
