Looks thirsty. Mist her and water. I say thirsty because the stems are limp. Fan may have dried her out. how hot in there?

I know fuck all about soil. So.....

Is that soil "slow release"? That stuff is too hot for seedlings.

Put your hand on top of the plant, if the light is more than just warm on your hand, it's too hot for the plant. Raise the lights.

How often do you water?

Finally, if you can find & fix the problem, I do believe the plant will survive.

Good luck.

Good advice. My thoughts exactly. lights way too Hot and soil is too!
I'd use CFL's for rooting and I,d use a very well aerated plain type soil with little to no nutrients at least until their growth takes off.

youre soil temps should be 60 to 70 f.also you're reflective material. what is it...as some growers use foil and use the shiny side. which will only make youre problem worst. as it reflects heat to and is very low in terms of reflecting light. also perlite i can see a few peices have you added this and what ratio

Are those definitely high pressure sodium lights?
It's hard to tell in any photo, but the colours look a bit odd to me.

If it's low pressure sodium, which many streetlamps are, then it wont be any good at all as a grow light, and your plant will struggle regardless of the soil nutrients or water. Low pressure sodium is virtually monochromatic (there's only one colour being given off), which means your plants will not like it at all.

You cannot grow good bud under low pressure sodium, so it's worth finding out more about your lights now, before you potentially waste any more time.
