Help please

Posted this the other night, but haven't gotten any replies. Any idea what can be going on?

Looks way to wet, is cube soaked?

I may have just watered them. I have been afraid to overwater, but then the Rockwool dries out quickly. Can’t tell if I’m under watering or overwatering. Also getting mixed responses regarding nutes. Some people said no nutes yet, others say yes because I'm using RW and RO water. I started with 150ppm. Then upped it to 220. Using sugar daddy and root zone 66 from Technaflora. They just aren't growing well. No roots from bottom of the cube yet

I moved them last night into small cloner I have. Basically a mini DWC. My thought was that I'll let the bubbles do the work instead of top watering. Was hoping that would help with over/under watering
