help please

im tryin to start a indoor grow..i need to know what kind of watts i would need to start out a plant nd keep it indoor until its about a month old..im guna use cfl's i just need help on the wattage im guna take it outdoors when it gets big enough so i dont need to many indoor growing supplies but if i do let me know..thanks happy smokin

Your plants don't need alot of light the frist few weeks. I use a 4' flour tube then move to 1-80w 1-100w cfl. The high watt cfl's put off some heat and you can burn your plants if they get to close. I keep them about 6" off the tops. The faq is a great place to learn about growing...

so i have this plant in a back yard not to be mentioned at first we didnt think it was a ganja plant but we had our doubts considering all the seeds we threw out there by just going through our sacks... anyways so the plant has leaves very similar to the marijuana leaf but the leaves arent seperated in between, its like it is a mutant marijuana plant, now i touched some of the flowers and ohhhhhh boy it smells super fruity and skunky so anyone tell me what is going on is it real, or is it some bread of a useless weed out there that just sprouted out of no where with extremely similar characteristics

o nd i have this plant its under a cfl but i have no clue what wattage it is...its growing good but its already like 3-4 inches tall nd them stem is thin do u think its just streaching for the light or shud it be good i have no pics sorry

what watt bulb is it? how far from the top of the plant?

oh sorry wattage should be on the bottom part of the bulb.

its only like 20 watss...my plant is begining to die now its been a few weeks...i dont mind it was just a seed i had..i have many more..i guess i need to get a 80-100w cfl for it to grow big enough to put outside ...im guna bring in a fan to circulate the air...how much are the costs for a 80-100w cfl bulb...anyone? +rep
