OK im starting to flower and im 3 days into it. As most of us know we need complete darkness to be successful, but theres a small problem cosidering when i turn my cfls off for the 12 hours of darkness they still seem to let off some light. When i turn them off its like they glow in the dark im not sure if this is normal and if it will effect my flowering period considering its letting off some light when there should be complete darkness. Please help me with any suggestions that make feel a whole lot better cause right now im really stressed not knowing if this is alright or not. THANK YOU!!!:-?

Jesus Christ. Turn off the caps lock. I doubt your cfl's continue glowing so long that it disrupts your flowering cycle. Just how long do they continue to glow?

I suggest typing a bit larger next time so we can make sure and read it. That light isn't going to hurt anything. It will eventually turn completely black.

Just unplug them from the wall to ensure they are not drawing any power if it doesnt seem like they are ever going completly off. Also I know that was your first post but your typing size is plain out rediculous. Please make it smaller next time so you dont seem like an asshole to others that are trying to help you out.

all flouros glow for a bit after they turn off the glow fades to darkness no biggie . . .
If you're careful you can take a fluorescent tube with a piece of silk cloth and rub the bulb in a dark room and it will glow a little bit. All you gotta do is get the ions in the right position, which is what electricity does to give off more photons..
