Hi all I'm New to this my plant has a bit of heat stress and rusty yellowing and brown spots can someoNe help please

Try flushing it with water for a few feeds. The rusty / yellow leaves sound nutrient related.

It's really hard for anyone to offer you valuable advice with so little information to go on. Post pictures. What's your grow medium? Lights? Distance from plant? Temp range? Nutes? Etc.
