Help pleaseee. Roots through drain holes

White widow, fimmed once, veg for 5 1/2 weeks, scrog setup.
I just flipped them over to flowering last night, and today I checked under the pots and I see roots growing out!! Not a ton, but a few 3-4 inch long roots growing through the drain holes into the water catch tray.
I literally just transplanted them a week and a half ago from 2 gallon pots to 5 gallon and the roots are out the bottom already???
The problem is, transplanting is impossible. I have no room for bigger pots, and the plants are already going through the scrog board...
Is this serious? Will they make it through this?
I'm not really sure if the root system grows much during flowering, or what's going on but any input/ advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm freaking out right now.

I feel like the last couple of weeks I have possibly been under watering very slightly. Not enough for any noticeable issues, but maybe enough for some of the roots to seek out more moisture and pop through the holes?
But then again from the beginning these plants have been growing a massive root system. 5 days nearly root bound a red solo cup. 2 weeks rootbound a 2 gallon container pretty bad.
And now 2 more weeks and their popping out the bottom of a 5.
If it's just a couple roots that were searching for moisture I'm sure itll be okay.
I'm just worried that maybe the whole root system is at the bottom and working it's way to rootbound.
But I don't quite have the experience to understand how rootbound affects during flowering, or how much the roots grow during flowering and if it's even a concern

You say drain holes. Are these hard containers? If so just cut the roots if not possible to transplant.

Use smart pots instead of hard side planters. I only use my buckets now to raise plants since my light is fixed. Far less root problems in fabric.

Yeah I plan to switch over next round.

Roots divide when cut just like the plant does above ground. It helps growth if not drastic.

Its getting pretty bad.
3 days into flowering and the one actually has a whole root system below the pot, sitting in the extra water in the tray below... the roots look all healthy that are out, but I'm sure it poses risks for root rot and stuff...
I'm going to point a small fam directly into the tray to dry and dry up all of the excess water that fills up and to keep good airflow in there
They're definitely going to be root bound here soo. If they aren't already :/
I dont know what to do. I hope they'll be fine, I cant transplant them with this scrog set up. It will mess up everything

They're all starting to droop quite badly
