Help!!! problems with plants

I need help badly!! My plants, I think are in trouble. Newbie indoor grower(have grown outdoors quite a bit) Let me explain my set up a bit more.

ive got 2 plants
1 x auto flower cheese by rare earth seeds in a 3 gallon pot(lesson learned here, I feel its outgrown the planter but herd you shouldnt transplant autoflowers, any ideas on what i should do?)

1 x auto flower candy cane by crop king seeds(5 gallon pot)

Both in a 50% soil and 50% perlite under a 400w hps lamp(upgrading to a 600w next grow)

ph run off test is 6.5 on both plants

I have been feeding with a brand of nutrients called humunga grow and bloom as well a bud formula.
apparently its a brand my local hydroponics store makes so there is not much info on it on the internet>

plants did okay till the flowering stage then all hell broke loose. about 4 weeks in now and i believe there going down hill :(. everything is going yellow starting from the bottom of the plants up to the top. some of the plants are still a nice green but i fear there slowly going to die.

plant in the 5 gallon seem like its growing and building up some very nice trichs but the yellowing is just awful. As well i think i still have some potassium issues going on with both plants, i did have some but they appeared to go away but now they leaves that are going yellow also has some browning in them as well.

plant in the 3 gallon pot seems to have stopped growing, trichs are building very slowly,
yellowing from bottom up to top, with a bit of brown spotting in those yellow leaves, again I've herd you shouldn't transplant autos so my question remains what should i do?

i should mention that both plants have quite a bit of purple stems that go right through the leave veins.
some of the plants more lime green leaves actually have orange veins.

nitrogen deficient. give em a shot of grow, but watch your phosphorous levels to avoid p tox/lockout/def in the coming weeks.

might want a shot of cal/mag as well if you're getting brown spots. epsom salts will get you magnesium sulfate, but you'll still need some calcium.

I should have mentioned I use tap water so would calcium be an issue? Either way I'll run out to the hydro store tomorrow and get some Cal/mag good to have it anyways.

Thanks for the quick response cat!

depends on your water. my old house well was 62ppm out of the tap, had to add everything. new house, new well, high in sulfur reads 165ppm. no calcium from that well, have to add it...

hope it helps!

How about transplanting the auto cheese in the 3 gallon? I feel it's stopped growing all togeather
it'll be fine if you're gentle. if you have an extra pair of hands, i would utilize them. one of you lift the plant by the main stalk, the other massage the pot off the root ball. make sure new pot is prepared and gently place in new home. fill in, water well, allow it to recover and then feed normally.
