I am running a 400w MH bulb then HPS in flower in a closet.. (3' x 2' x 5'.3")

I am getting a VenTech 4" inline duct fan 190CFM along with a Carbon Filter

What's a good exhaust fan to get? and does the intake need to be better than the exhaust fan??

I just need help really... trying to keep that closet cool.

That VenTech 4" inline duct fan isn't a bad choice for an exhaust but personally for a difference of 23$ I would go with a 6" model instead
VenTech 4" inline duct fan combo with carbon filter 109.99 http://www.amazon.com/VenTech-Inline-Exhaust-blower-Scrubber/dp/B005GJ7TFE
VenTech 6" inline duct fan combo with carbon filter 132.98 http://www.amazon.com/VenTech-Inline-Hydroponics-Exhaust-Blower/dp/B0052ZPMAG
You can use the same fan without a carbon filter as an intake http://www.amazon.com/VenTech-Centrifugal-Hydroponic-Exhaust-Fan/dp/B004YXDQZU
You will also need 2 Electronic Stepless Speed Controller one for the exhaust & one for the intake to properly control the air flux http://www.amazon.com/SE-Electronic-Stepless-Speed-Controller/dp/B000HQAVNI/ref=pd_bxgy_lg_img_y
Typically the intake speed as to be cut a little to match the exhaust who as a carbon filter blocking the air-flow. First adjust the exhaust, normally I run it around 60% of max speed than adjust the intake

I use a complete room to grow and have no intake fan using only the door's crack. The exhaust fan does the intake job perfectly if you have proper holes for the fresh air to be sucked in. This is the best is you want stealth.
