HELP!!! Really confused Im losing my mind.....

okay i have read many post about not getting rockwool wet bcuz it will cause mold.. Im in week 3 of flowering and i walked into my garden and my ebb and gro system overflowed and did not drain nit was soaked for about 2 hrs i just drained it and im losing my mind just thinking that it might ruin my girls.. (they are so beautiful) and dont want to loose them there about 4 ft each and flowers are starting to show really nice, i have also read that it doesnt matter if it gets wet.. which is it any help would be really apriciated i feel like i just lost my mind..LOL please any1 help..

well I do DWC and we let roots sit in water all the time only difference is that we have it moving with air stones. From what ive read about ebb and flo Im sure they will be fine. I would go around and gentl squeeze your cubes to get some of that water out as it sounds like they will be a bit soaked but other then that i really cant see this causing them to die off, they may wilt a little from "the soak"

You should be fine. I did this on accident (set my 'off' time 1 hour later than I should have). I just skipped the next scheduled feeding and resumed as normal.

Just out of curiosity. How do you expect your roots to get any water if you never get your medium 'wet'?

THANX @ Ecomium &NOrthen lights its my second grow the 1st was not good had humidity problems temps. and had not good results this one looks great. ill post sum pics and after that happen and all of this reading of things going bad i kind of got freaked out than for youre help..
