*help* room temp below 70 fahrenheit

Hey guys,
So today i did a "Test Run" with my 2x 48W CFLs in my room. But as may read in the title the Room Temp is still under 70 Fahrenheit. It is something like 63 F.


So guys what could i do to raise it?

Throw in a bigger light of gat a small space heater. Day shoot for 75-78 night don't go below 65 if at all possible;)

or more lights lol. i like when my temps are lower, you can use less power on your fans and more lumens with supplemtal lights
