HELP!! roots growing out of the bottom? autoflower bubblicous

ok so i this plant is about a little over three weeks old. it is a bubblicous from nervana and for some reason the tips of all the leaves are starting to turn light and die. it started with just the spade leaves on the bottom. i did some research and have checked the ph and it is about 6-6.5. i have not applyed nuts allthought i purchased tiger bloom but have been waiting for some sign of flower first. been inducing 12/12 light cycle for two days and i am using 250 watts of cfl. i heard that root lock can cause the leafs to turn so i just picked up the pot and saw that the roots where coming out of the bottom of the pot. cut them off !! i know thats a big pot but your plant looks as if it touching the bottom ! repot higher up the pot ,, your plant looks good m8

LOL, maybe transplanting in to a bigger pot is something he should try first before root pruning.

If you are only 2 days in to 12/12 and roots are coming out you will need to transplant into something bigger or your heading down fail alley, now is when the roots will have an explosion of growth.

cutting of the roots that are coming out the bottom will not do any harm

At 2 days of 12/12 if you have to start root pruning you are in for trouble. This plant will become root bound as it needs to keep growing NEW roots for another 30 - 40 days while flowering. Root pruning works in some situations, I am afraid the OP situation is not one of them.
