*help* seed germination

Hey guys,
So today my first grow started :) One of my 2 Seed have germinated over night the other one is still under the moist Kitchenpaper. Anyways so this morning I planted the seed with the small root coming out in my Jiffy Pellet, putted it in a cup put some tinfoil over it with some holes and placed it on my heater. Now i am waiting for my small friend to pop up and place it under a light. Guys is this the right way with the jiffy pellet in a Cup on a heater and tin foil over it?
Or do i even need tin foil?

It sounds like it'll work pretty good I usually use plastic instead of tin foil but w/e. Just make sure it doesn't get too hot in the cup. You don't want to cook the seed.

So should i remove the tin foil? they are like 25 Degrees in the Cup :)
