Help setting up tote for ScrOG?

This is my first time growing and am going to grow ScrOG in a 32 gallon tote. I am going to set up another tote for clones. I want some advice on my planed setup and tips. I'm going to use plastic fencing for a screen. I am planning on using 2 150 watt CFLs for flowering and 1 150 watt for veg. I've got my reflective and air circulation figured out. I want to know do I start ScrOGing in veg and then continue while in flowering. I also want to know can I take a clone after I started ScrOGing? Any advice is appreciated.

Yep. Top your plant a few times. Then just keep tucking everything under after you flip to 12/12 until they totally stop with stretch and start throwing out flowers. If you stop tucking too early you'll probably get random big colas everywhere. And after a few weeks you'll see your smaller flowers down at the net and kick yourself in the ass.

Yeah you can. Stop tucking one (or several) branches. They'll shoot up and be nice and clone sized quickly.
Also on a side note I messed around with garden wire and where the branches forst grew up and touched the net. I looped the garden wire around the branch to "anchor" it in place. It worked well to keep it stable when tucking everything down.

What size screen are you planning on using? The reason I ask is that that's not a whole lot of light. Or not very powerful anyways.

What @Antman15 said.
Also that's the same netting I've built a couple screens with. It works nicely. I pulled fan leaves through it for better direct light.
Invest in a HPS though. They're worth every penny when it comes to flowering. I would pick a T5 rig and flower with that in scrog vs a couple of CFL lights. Have you checked into those at all?
