Help small plants at 5 weeks

Can anyone tell me why my plants are so small for 5 weeks I have them under 2 300w cfl and a 400w hps lights been close the whole time

18” doesn’t sound too crazy. I run my 600w HPS close to 30”. I would raise it some until you get your issues figured out.
 
I’ll do that when lights come on also i have them in 12ltr pots how often do you recommend feeding thay on a low dose of nute should I up them?
 
Oh boy.

So to be straightforward with you. I’ve seen no one have success with this medium. I’m sure there are people that are, but a lot of issues on here, are coco/soil blends.

Hopefully someone that has had success can chime in and help.
 
Any suggestions please I’ve come to far to just give up. I don’t want to put them in flower till I know There worth doing
 
So you’re watering it like soil? But only 20% of your medium is soil. See where the problem comes in? Coco should stay wet. So the coco is drying and then not being fed every time? See the potential issues? I would try feeding it more often. Keeping the medium saturated
 
Ok makes sense I’ll try keeping them wet. As for pulling them out and picking one or the other do that me I have to repot into bigger pots
