HELP Soil and Nute problem

Ok I plan to use Sunshine mix #4 with some added perlite, dolomite lime, worm casting, and bat guano the 10-1-1 for veg. Then during flower the bat guano that's 1-10-1. My nutes ill be using is for veg is Advance Nutrients 3 part Grow, Micro, Bloom. My question is since I'm using the organic mixes in the soil will I have to use nutes at half or 3/4 the strength the whole grow? Or is it ok to work my way up to full strength slowly?

I use the same formula and the only problems I've had is a bit of cal/mag problems late in flower, but the lime should help with that. I usually start with 1/4 strength and slowly work up to full strength.
