I got a 2 hoods from a friend and a new ballast and new sunpulse splitter. I've used the old bulbs in the setup perfectly for weeks, but decided I needed new bulbs. When I put the new bulbs in, they would turn on but not stay on. Once they were off, they wouldn't come back on unless I fired each hood up separately and then hooked it back up to the splitter. So I thought I better put the old bulbs back in. Well then they wouldn't fire up either..... until I fired each up separately and then hooked it back up to the splitter. What's going on?
