Help switching Grow Room (AC and Humidifier)

I have a 4x4 and 5x5 in a 12x 7 room. I vent to a small attic that is vented. Its a mini attic and not worried about venting we increased the venting outside. I do have a large scrubber in small attic room 10". I have this just incase.

I had issues with summer heat and fans running high to keep cool.

Im currently looking at putting an AC in the room 14000 BTU. Should I get one with a humidifier? Im going to vent this to mini attic. Can I have an AC that cools room not directly to tents via tube or hose?

Place a AC Infinity 8" then y splitter for intake for the two tents. Again not coming direct from AC

Each tent would use carbon scrubber but vent to inside the room with tent not outside

Appreciate the help!

Portable no window in the room
If you get a portable. Get a whytner 1400k dual pipe. You run both into your attic and it should help cool the room adequately.

I currently use one to cool a room that is about 12x14 with 600 watts of lights and it is more than enough. However you might find like me once you have an entire room climate controlled I am starting to lean towards well, why aren't i doing sealed room grows..ha. Anyways I have had my whytner for 8 years, I clean it regularly and insulated the hoses.

You should also consider how many plants and how much water you give each plant. The plants will transpire roughly 50% of the water into the atmosphere. While you may be able to keep the room cooler" the other is important factor is keeping humidity in check. As @dbz stated you may want to consider running a closed room because you will be a "hamster on a wheel" so to speak. Closing the room and scrubbing the air is the only way you will be able to keep your conditions in check. @Renfro may be able to elaborate more if you ask him nicely. He has been very helpful with my struggle of closing my room.

Whynter 14k dual hose is a great AC unit. I have one in a 11x13 bedroom partitioned for 1 5x5 veg and 1 5x10 flower areas. 2 600w HPS on lightrail in flower areas and 1 600w MH for veg. I also run a bigger dehu to keep humidity in check. Been running this AC unit almost two years now, no issues.

Have you looked at a mini split unit? If not proficient with electrical work it may not be the best choice. I run a 15k BTU portable ac in my basement to cool my flower and veg areas in the summer heat. Does great. Expensive as fuck. They're horribly, and I mean horribly inefficient. I'm upgrading to a mini split AC unit next year. $555 electric bill last month without my flower room running. They do the job, but plan on selling your first born child to pay your electric bill through the summer.
