For real tho... forbid IS a last resort.... not saying never use, just saying... its the tactical nuke of the mite world, lol.>>
forbid 4f , avid, floramite and Kontos.

Lord fricking Christ, why use forbid 4F if you can kill them and keep them away will insecticidal soap and Neem? Spidermites are still among the easier-to-get-rid-off pests. Compared to, say, broad mites.
I looked up forbid 4F, it sure is "the best" you can get today for mites (not in Europe tho which is idiotic seeing that Bayer is actually a German company, I guess this is banned in EU?)...BUT THAT STUFF IS HARDCORE HAZARDOUS. I would not use any of this stuff unless as a last resort really.
Its not for a casual grow, its for the "Oh God not my genetics!" must-save-this-plant chemical..... I would pyrethrum bomb b4 I used 4f. (you know, the napalm of the mite world, lol)
I am a fan of azamax/mitey wash when bugs are found, neem if bugs are feared....biggest thing is to rotate your first wave sprays, or they just grow immune....
Also if possible, make it colder. If you can go a few days <70f or so, the breeding rates slow down a lot, helps in the killing off of an infestation...

What you describe sounds like a situation of light application of minimally invasive gentle/organic pest sprays, and a lot of careful checking... I would hold off on more in case its not needed....
