HELP tips on how to revive your young plants after high heat exsposure

please help. from the leaves till about a half inch down its good and healthy but below that the stem is real skinny almost collapsed. ive watered amd used a little superthrive. also i used something to help it stand up because it isnt supporting itself very good. they got exsposed to nearly 90 degree heat i lost one and im on the verge of loosing another. im thankful i got home when i did or i couldve lost my whole crop. anyone have any advice or questions for me that would lead to good advice i would appreciate it. they are only about a month old.

bury the stem past the week point, that should help them support themselves. good luck

I've had plants lose over 50% of their leaves and make a nice recovery. Just keep it in veg. The damaged leaves will fall off and new branches & leaves will come up. You probably just got set back one or two months, but all should be okay.
