I would lean toward a calcium deficiency, then again calcium is my first step for almost any ailment.
I've also basically been told I don't know what I'm talking about so look up rust spots on cannabis and see what you find.
You may also want to get a scope and look for bugs on the underside of your leaves
first time growing autos. I read from a few people to water with distilled water. I buy a bunch of .99 gallons of it at the grocery store. I ordered seeds from seedsman and I started a Sman blueberry auto and a Dutch passion night queen auto 5.5 weeks ago. The plant I’m seeing the spots on I started 4 weeks ago and that ones WOS Neville Haze auto.
-spiderfarm sf1000 led
-3 gallon fabric pots
-2.5 x 2.5 tent
-temp 71-77F
-50-65 rh
-FFHF soil top 3 quarters
-FFOF soil bottom quarter
-FF nutrient trio
-FF calmag
-root magic mycorrhizae
-I ph my water at 6.3 after I mix nutes
this last water was on Monday and I watered with a little more big bloom than I usually would, but I read this one was safe in all stages.
I jsut noticed the Rust spots today when I got in from work.
Ya it wants more Ca and you can see Mg def creeping in too. How much calmag are you dosing? Full strength? It's either locked out, which I'm guessing it's not, or it simply wants more. Strong LED lights are known to cause Mg def as well. What's your water source?

ive been watering with calmag full strength (1 tsp/gal) almost every watering! Except Monday when I watered I actually gave it a little less.. could that really have caused this? I’m not sure whether to water with calmag and bloom nutes again next watering or just flush her out. I water with distilled water that I ph to 6.3 after I mix the nutrients.
So there's nothing in distilled as far as elements or nutrients. You're going to need to up your calmag, might not even hurt to switch to tap water if yours is decent anyway. No need to flush here, that's not going to accomplish much. Feed her more, if the Mg def gets bad you can feed epsom salts. Do a little reading on LED's and deficiencies and you'll understand more what I'm getting at here.
