As for odor, you can make a DIY carbon filter for like $10 and that should be great for 1 plant from what I understand. Here's the link:

Make sure your exhaust fan is sucking air through this filter (this filter has a 4" end, so maybe consider a 4" duct fan or use a 6" duct fan w/a reducer sleeve)
Also, I learned the hard way...make sure if your exhaust hole is 6", then you have 9" of intake (3 x 3" holes for example). You'll still have negative pressure and this helps keep air exchanged and temps down in small spaces.
Before you start to grow...get your set up totally complete and test temps w/max lighting you think you'll use....trust me, you don't want to have to be solving temp issues when your girl is growing....I killed 2 girls that way.
