help with bagseed plant

this is my first practice plant. but it seems weird and not like any regular plant. i also have some other seeds i actually bought growing and they seem really healthy and not like this plant. oh yea this plant is 2 weeks in. and im using 5 27 watts 6500k clf bulbs not so far away. any advice? should i just get rid of it? thanks

your over watering and the plant looks like your poisening it with a nute solution.
have you started a nutrient program yet? if so stop it.
what type of soil are you using? do you have good drainage?
your going to need much more light also if you want a decent harvest

i am? i usually only water three or four days in between. and i havent used any nutes yet at all. and the water is already ph'd too. i have two plants and they look really healthy and im using the same things. the soil is fox farms ocean forest. how much more light do i need? for flowering i have a 400 watt hps ready but so far im still in veg. thanks
