Help with bug/mold problems

I left many pulled up leaves above the soil to "extract" the rest of the nutrients in them.
The problem is: because of it, mold came up and I could see some springtails walking around the medium and going into it.

I just took away every single leaf on pots and will let them dry well until the next watering hoping for plants to recover. Should I give any pesticides/fungicides to them additionally? Or drying is enough to fix it up?

One of them is very very weak (see colas falling down on photo)

You could do a root drench with Spinosad solution and drench the plants in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution to kill bugs and mold without leaving any harmful residues on your buds.
