Help with diesel ryder

Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my diesel ryder. I think overwatering but idk.

Can be the case with drooping leaves.

Looks to me like overwatering FOR SURE! Let the top of the soil get a little crusty before the next time you water it and it shouldperk up in no time

Yup, thats caused by over watering. Plant that size you should water every 3-4 days.

BTW how long did it take your plant to pop out of the dirt?

You may need a fan and how about a real pot? it might be something to invest in. unless you want nothing in 3 months.
