Help with DR120T

Hello everyone! I am planning my next grow and I have a few questions. I'm really interested in the DR120T tent from secret jardin because I am wanting to keep my moms,clones and vegging plants all in the same room, while the bottom is constantly flowering. My question is, Is the bottom (4x4x5) enouph room to run a 1000w hps in a 6" cool tube? If so How long should i veg for under a 4' 4 tube t5? I am going to be growing all nirvana strains at first, Aurora indica, Raspberry couph, Snow white, and Bubblelicious. Any help is greatly appreciated.

the 4x4 is perfect for a 1000w, however the 5ft hieght is a little short but with a cool tube and a dedicated fan for just the cooltube i think you can pull it off as long as your ambient temps are too high.....If you live in a hot area and your ambient temps are high i think it would be too hot.......I grow 1000w in a 4x4x7 tent and i cant grow in my apartment in the summer do too it being 90's all summer....

It is the height that im worried about, Doesnt seem like alot of plant room after you subtract the pots and light distance. I plan on using one 500cfm fan for the exaust as a passive ventilation system. I'm just worried this tent will be a waste of money when/if i find out i cant get decent yields out of it. I really like the idea of the 4x4x2 veg/clone/mom room though.

If i do get the dr120t it will be really nice for a veg/mom/clone tent with a seperate bigger flower room when i get a bigger house.

ok if you just plan to use your fan as an exhaust fan then no it will not work.......Im talking about a dedicated fan for you cooltube and a seperate fan for your exhaust......You need to pull air from someplace else cool your light with it and then exhaust it outside somewhere.......I do not think a 1000w will work very good in a tent that short if your not seperating the cool tube air from the growing envirment..

I dont think Ill have a problem with the ventilation, I have fairly low ambient temps (right now below 68f) and Ill still be pulling through the cool tube and exausting into my basement. Like i said I think my problem Is going to be the height. Any opinions on that subject?

then i dont understand...If you say your temps are NOT the problem then what is the PROBLEM?? the only reason height would be a problem is if its too or if your plants grow too tall .....you say heat is not an issue then whats the issue order your light and be done i dont get it???

Well I'm talking about plant space not temps. sorry about the confusion. I was doing a little research about light spacing and the page i read said somewere around 18" from the light.

So i did a lil math and found I have about 3' from the ground, about 2' from the pot. I guess I'm just exploring my options for the best way to do this with a short space.

i hate growing in short spaces for the very reason you just said.....I go with the tallest tent i can fine that way i dont have to worry about it.....I will never grow in any inclosure shorter than 6 feet high...

Im eyeing one up just for propagations and moms. Seems ideal for that.
Best solution I can find anyways.

I already got it with the 1000w, working just fine. Check out the threads in my sig. I also plan on using it for prop and moms when i get a larger flower area.
